What started as a focused interest in embroidering at tender ages, became a full-blown professional venture into the art of weaving rare thread patterns like Kutch, Kantha, Aari, Zardozi after 30 years of dedication. It was a stroke of good timing when I initiated and join with other women enthusiasts who practiced rare embroidery-work individually in Abu Dhabi and Chennai, came together for the creative synergy that became Aarabi Couture.
